Claim Registration

Below is the procedure for Claims Registraton - choose the appropiate category, and follow the process:

Choose Claim Registration Procedure

1. Own damage Claim

Own Damage (OD) helps you stay covered against damage caused to your vehicle due to accidents like fire, theft, etc. From the word Own Damage itself happened because of your own mistake.
For example, if an accident happens and if it is due to our own mistake it's considered as our own damage claim. In this case, the police will give a red Color paper to the liable party

2. Recovery Claim

A recovery claim is a type of claim which happened due to another party’s mistake. This is a recoverable claim from other parties.
For Example, if the claim happened not because of his/her own mistake it’s considered a Recovery claim. In this case, the police will give a green color paper to the affected party

3. Unknown Claim

Unknown claim is also considered as own damage in the sense that if someone hits our car in the parking or anywhere, and if we are not aware of who hits the car is considered as an unknown claim (Own damage Claim)
Note: In case of Own Damage & Unknown claims, there will be excess amount or the deductible applicable on each claim as mentioned in the insurance policy copy. It means that the client should pay the excess amount or the deductible amount to the Agency (if the insurance is dealer repairs) or in the garage (If the insurance is Non Agency)
